For website security I use Sucuri and I also recommend it to clients: it is an anti-malware + firewall service for websites. They are the best so they are also more expensive than average: to save money you can use ithemes security pro or Wordfence . They have fewer features, but cost less. an important difference is that the Sucuri service also removes infections, while the others report them but you then have to do it yourself or appoint someone. For data security I use Dropbox for "vital" data (I talk about it below) and a Synology DS j Nas (with two Western Digital Red TB specific for NAS in raid ) in the office for photo archives.
Backups, and data important but not vital. No NAS is safe , because it can break or be stolen, so every now and then I make a backup of the NAS on a TB external disk that I never keep in the same physical place as photo editor the photo editor NAS (except for the backup period, in which I am present). TB backup disk at home, TB raid NAS at the office. For communicating passwords and sensitive information between colleagues I use Telegram messenger . To back up sites and servers I use rsync.net , a professional rsync backup service. For non-programmers, I recommend simpler solutions (like Codeguard , Vaultpress , Backupbuddy.
Take the paid pro versions, your data and your time are worth more than euros a month which is the average cost of backup solutions. For comment security and spam control I use Akismet Enterprise. If you are a professional blogger you must use the paid version (Plus or backup are also fine, but if you have many sites the enterprise version is better. Store and share files To have all files synchronized on all devices, I use Dropbox pro TB with infinite revisions: euros per month and my important data is safe.
